Yugank has 5 years of experience across Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Stressed Asset Management and Governance & Risk Advisory. He has been a part of the founding team of the Indian arm of a Global Audit and Advisory firm and has worked closely on multiple M&A transactions in the US market. He has a thorough understanding of diligence process and his interest in liaising and negotiations brings in distinctive capability of managing Corporate and stressed assets.
Prior to Think Capital, Yugank has worked with Grant Thornton in their Risk and Transaction Advisory domains. Yugank is a Post Graduate in Finance from T. A. Pai Management Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
