He has advised on an handled, various capital market, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions for clients from varied industries and sectors. Prior to Think Capital, Saurabh has worked with IDBI Capital as Head – Corporate Advisory. Prior to that he has worked with Calyon Bank. Saurabh has successfully assisted in over 65 assignments encompassing capital markets, debt syndication and corporate advisory. He is a Chartered Accountant and has done his Bachelors in Commerce.
