Kushagra has completed his B.A. LLB (Corporate Hons.) with First Class Distinction from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He is a Diploma Holder in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Law from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and in Intellectual Property Rights from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. He is also a Certificate Holder in Advanced Commercial Contracts from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
He has worked with Phoenix ARC as a Deputy Manager (Legal) for around 2 years. He has also interned with Zeus Law (Delhi), UNUC Legal (Delhi), Reliance Life Insurance (Mumbai) and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance (Pune). His areas of expertise include Banking Law, Restructuring, and Commercial Contracts. He has been extensively working on the matters of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code since its enactment.
