Huzefa is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant and a Registered Insolvency Professional. He has almost 15 years of experience in investment banking and advisory transactions. He has advised on and handled, various equity syndications, debt raisings, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, due diligence and restructuring transactions for clients from varied industries and sectors. Prior to Think Capital, Huzefa has worked with IDBI Capital as Head – Investment Banking. Huzefa has successfully assisted in over 75 assignments, encompassing capital markets, debt syndication and corporate advisory. He has done his Bachelors in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
